It is therefore most important to select the size that most suits your personal requirements.

SMALL

For: women under 30 years of age.
Capacity: from 24cc to 28cc max
Dimensions: Ø 42 - Length 4,5 cm (cup) + 2,2 cm (stem). Length full cup = 6,7 cm.

MEDIUM
For: women over 30 years of age or those who have given birth naturally.
Capacity: from 34cc to 38cc max
Dimensions: Ø 47 - Length 4,8 cm (cup) + 2,2 cm (stem). Length full cup = 7,0 cm.

AmyCup® Crystal is a new menstrual cup made with anti-allergenic medical-grade silicon and designed to be folded and lead inside the vagina in order to collect the menstrual blood in a practical and hygienic way.

Once AmyCup® Crystal is fitted inside the vagina, it opens and positions itself lower than a tampon would, and can be used throughout the night, when practising sport, even in water, or when travelling.

A little practice is needed to learn how to insert and remove the menstrual cup, keeping yourself as relaxed as possible. It will soon become very easy when used regularly.
