Application: Empty the menstrual cup and remove any soiling or blood residue with a dry cloth or, if necessary, rub these away under cold water. Take a Merula Wipe out of the pack and use it to wipe the menstrual cup thoroughly inside and outside. Let the menstrual cup dry according to the instructions on the label before you reinsert it. Biodegradable Merula Wipes can be disposed directly down the toilet. Close the Merula Wipe pack firmly again after use. The wipes can continue to be used as long as they are sufficiently moist to ensure the menstrual cup is completely moistened.
